Dr. Holly Darwin graduated from National College of Health Sciences in 1985 with her Bachelor of Science in Human Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She has been director of Darwin Chiropractic Center since 1987. Before chiropractic school Dr. Darwin was a licensed practical nurse, graduating from Santa Fe College, Gainesville, in 1977. Focusing on family care, Dr. Darwin uses manual spinal adjustments via Diversified Technique, flexion-distraction, SOT Category II for sacroiliac problems, and instrument-assisted adjustments, customizing adjustments to the patient and the situation. Special areas of interest include temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) syndrome, colic and reflux in infants, menstrual pain, and returning people back to health after injury and chronic pain.
